2. Tool Inputs

Our calculate_net_salary tool receives the following input data:

• Gross annual salary (gross_annual): Numeric amount in euros
• Autonomous community (region): Madrid, Catalonia, Andalusia, Valencia, Galicia, or other
• Number of children (num_children): From 0 to 5, for family deduction calculations
• Number of payments (num_pagas): 12 or 14 annual payments

Important: This data is processed only in memory during calculation and is not stored as persistent calculation records on our servers. We do not ask for direct identifiers such as name, email, or bank details to use the tool, although our site and providers may process technical data such as IP address, cookie identifiers, or browser information for security, hosting, and analytics.

3. Tool Outputs

The tool returns the following calculated data:

• Annual and monthly net salary: Calculation result
• Effective tax rate: Total deduction percentage
• Deduction breakdown: IRPF (state and regional) and Social Security
• Total employer cost: Including employer contributions

These results are generated in real-time and are not stored persistently.

4. Purpose of Processing

Data is used exclusively for:

• Net salary calculation: Applying current IRPF and Social Security withholdings in Spain
• Service improvement: Usage analytics, including usage events and aggregated statistics, to improve the product and its performance

We do not use data for advertising, user profiling, or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Data Recipients

Third parties that receive data:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers: They may process technical logs required to operate and secure the service.
• Analytics providers: We use EU-hosted analytics services that receive usage events, performance metrics, and technical data associated with browsing and use of the tool for product analytics.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Note about ChatGPT: When you use this tool through ChatGPT, your interaction is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy. We only receive the input parameters necessary for the calculation.

6. Data Retention

Calculation data: Not stored. Processed in memory and discarded immediately after returning the result.

Analytics data: Usage events, performance metrics, and aggregated statistics are retained for 12 months for trend analysis and service improvement.

Technical cookies: Expire when closing the browser or according to each cookie's configuration.

Our site uses technical cookies necessary for the operation of the service and analytics cookies to improve user experience. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for commercial purposes.
